Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure
The Freak Circus Games Team respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your work appears on this site without authorization, use the procedure below to submit a valid takedown request.
1. Prepare Your Notice
Send a written notification that includes all items listed below. Incomplete notices may be rejected. Email is preferred for faster handling.
- Signature: A physical or digital signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Work Identification: A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. Provide URLs or attachments if possible.
- Location of Infringing Material: Exact URLs or details on the Freak Circus Games site where the material appears.
- Contact Information: Name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address where we can reach you.
- Good-Faith Statement: A statement that you believe the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement: A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
2. Submit the Notice
Email your completed notice to [email protected] .
We acknowledge receipt within five business days and remove or disable the material as required by law.
3. Counter Notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter notice with the same level of detail, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or equivalent) and agreeing to accept service of process from the complainant.
4. Repeat Infringers
Accounts or partners repeatedly flagged for infringement may be suspended or banned from the platform. We review repeated violations on a case-by-case basis.
